What your day would look like 


If you like to assure excellent service delivery to clients, Remote Resource is the place for you. We would need you to ensure effective communication with our internal clients while working on graphic design projects, to adhere to the quality we strive to maintain. Here are all the specifics to avoid any ambiguity: 


  • Support customers across the firm’s network by creating and formatting graphic design deliverables (Print and Digital) for both internal and external consumption, ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Acquire mastery of Brand guidelines within a short span of time and keep yourself up to date on the same. 
  • Create and format documents that are creative and visually appealing within the purview of Remote Resource brand guidelines. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to format and create professional-level presentations, proposals, reports, brochures, templates, icons, infographics, layouts, and other corporate collaterals using your expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects. 
  • Understand the basic workings of Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word). 
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand complex requirements and instructions from customers across the organisations network and cultures and translate them into designs, meeting expectations. 
  • Work with multiple project stakeholders and information and data from various source documents. 
  • Operate in a deadline-driven environment, meeting expectations on quality and turnaround time on all projects. 
  • Have email, chat, and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders as part of the design process. In addition, collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders across regions for a consistent service delivery.

The Creative Team provides support on various internal and external projects, including but not limited to, presentation, proposal, sales sheet, newsletter, annual report, brochure, poster, placemat, advertisement, video, animation, illustration, interactive design, signage, SharePoint, and microsite design. 


Qualifications We are Looking For 


  • Two to three years of experience in corporate graphic design. Agency or Studio Experience will be a plus. (Portfolio is mandatory and should include samples of presentation design, print collaterals, marketing materials, and other design pieces that reflect capabilities.) 
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. (Desired: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Bachelor of Design or Diploma in Graphic Design) 
  • Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects. Experience creating logos/icons, typography, infographics, posts/videos, and custom layouts within corporate identity/brand guidelines. Enthusiastic about social media trends. 
  • Basic working understanding of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including the ability to work with templates, for seamless collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and collaborate with Remote Resource professionals at all levels. 
  • Experience of working with customers/stakeholders across Americas/EMEA/APAC will be an added advantage.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Expert to recruit candidates across all domains, mostly for international clients. From sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, to engaging the candidate till the date of joining, the Talent Acquisition Specialist would have to manage end-to-end recruitment life-cycle. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and hand-on knowledge of IT industry and various upcoming technologies. Previous experience with offshoring industry and will be an advantage.

Key Responsibility & Role 


  • Overseeing the entire life cycle of recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Sourcing fit-for-role talent through job postings/searches in job boards, referrals, etc.
  • Leveraging best practices and internal technologies to develop an effective pipeline of key talent, potentially available for immediate hire.
  • Screening of CV and engaging with the candidate to ascertain the technology skills and experience.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring all involved parties are kept informed of schedules and schedule changes.
  • Ensuring timely feedback collection and sharing of the feedback with the candidate.
  • Assisting in offer rollout to the shortlisted candidates and engaging with candidates to negotiate on offers when required.
  • Staying connected with the candidate in the offer-to-on-board phase and ensuring the candidate feels engaged until the actual joining date.
  • Creating and implementing data-driven practices to optimize hiring performance.
  • Understanding and improving recruitment processes to make them more efficient, while upholding quality, volume in pipelines, and closures.
  • Partnering with external vendors to drive improved candidate flow as required.

Desired candidate profile


  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate having 2-4 years of experience
  • Knowledge of MS Excel along with reporting/data management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Staff Augmentation or Offshoring Industry will be an advantage

Senior Python Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Python Engineer with experience building highly scalable systems for one of our projects. Our front-end tech stack is primarily React (TypeScript) and our back-end stack is primarily asynchronous Python (Fast API framework), MongoDB Atlas, Google pub/sub, and Redis. We need an engineer who is skilled in developing & connecting API endpoints, MongoDB Atlas, and microservice development and architecture. The candidate must have excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and previous experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
