No, we are a 360-degree remote staffing solutions provider in both technical and non-technical domains

Short answer- Quality. While we will end up saving you a lot, we are by no means the cheapest. We hire, almost exclusively, from the top 10% of Indian talent and pay good money to retain them. In return, they ensure that our clients, (you) are always satisfied with the work.

Your remote resource will work according to any time zone you want. Most have extensive experience working for western clients and will have no problem in working your preferred shifts. 

We will manage the employee/s you hire from us, and will take care of their HR, payroll, administrative duties, and other benefits. We will also provide your remote resources with the IT and office infrastructure they require to do their jobs.

We are a ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015certified company. Every employee works only on company laptops/systems that have inbuilt redundancies that prevent any kind of data transfer outside the system. Further there are provisions to work on remote desktops that can be either on your server or ours. 

You can change your remote resource any time and we will provide you with an alternative resource of your choice immediately.

None. We have no term contracts. It’s a simple month on month monthly prepaid rolling contract. You can keep your remote resource for as long as you need.

There are two hiring models- Full Time (40 hours weekly) and Part Time (20 hours weekly). All employees work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

We follow a very comprehensive recruitment policy, with extremely robust background checks and referrals. Moreover, to work with us, a resource must have significant previous experience working for at least one Fortune 500 company. We do make exceptions, but only for exceptional young talent.
