Can you provide me with a clear breakdown of your pricing and billing structure?
At Remote Resource we guarantee savings of up to 50% compared to your local hiring cost. All our Virtual Assistants have different levels of expertise and experiences; hence their rate also varies from candidate to candidate. You have the option to hire them for 80 Hrs a week for a part-time position, or 160 Hrs a week for a full-time position. Our pay-as-you-go model ensures that there are no additional hidden costs, you only pay on the agreed upon amount at the beginning of the month, all the way until you want to terminate the service.
How do you handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of our working relationship?

How do you handle security and data privacy?
We are an ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Every employee works only on company laptops/systems that have inbuilt redundancies that prevent any kind of data transfer outside the system. Further there are provisions to work on remote desktops that can be either on your server or ours. The strict NDAs we have in place also ensure that any project your remote assistant does for you, stays just between you and them.
What is your process for hiring and onboarding new virtual assistants?
At Remote Resource we have completely simplified the hiring process. You just select your Virtual Assistant and finish up the paperwork. All the other onboarding hassles are managed completely by us, so that you can focus on your business instead.
How do you monitor the work of the virtual assistants?
Any Virtual Assistant you hire from us will act as your own dedicated employee. You can install whatever monitoring software you want on their device and keep up to date on their activities. However, if that seems too bothersome for you, your assistant can just report to you at the end of the day to tell you what tasks they have completed, and you can assess their progress accordingly.
What is your process for handling termination of the contract?
Our Pay-as-you-go model ensures our clients are not obligated to any long and binding contracts. As soon as you decide that you no longer require the services of your assistant, you can give us a two week notice period and we can end the contract accordingly.
